How Do you Drink Your Ketones?

How to mix: You're going to mix your ketones with 16-20 oz of water (sparkling water).

When to drink: Drink your first one in the morning before eating or drinking. Ketones do not break a fast! If you are having a 2nd then drink mid afternoon.

What to do: Drink LOTS of WATER!! Aim for a gallon a day... or as much as possible. You will be able to work up your water intake as you go along :)
