You can mix these with water or with ketones! here are some of my suggestions for mixing:

UNFLAVOURED: mixed well with ANYTHING.

Lemon: Mixes well with Berry Blue NAT, Heart Tart NAT, Raz Lemonade NAT

Orange: Mixes well with Strawberry Peach NAT

Lime: Mixes well with Lime Time NAT

Ketones can be used alongside any healthy eating lifestyle. 

If your goal is fat loss, it is recommended to combine the use of ketones with a low carb, or ketogenic lifestyle for optimal fat loss results. 

25-35 net carbs per day (50 total carbs)  is recommended when following a low carb and/or ketogenic lifestyle.

It is your choice whether or not you decide to track or balance your daily macros!
